Charles (BILL) Henry Helton Charles (Bill) Henry Helton 85 of Guntersville passed away at his residence Sunday evening, July 31, 2016 Mr. Helton was a founding member and life time deacon of Pine Island Baptist Church, He worked for 30years for Guntersville Concrete and was a avid hunter and fisherman, and he loved to read his bible and collect pocket knives. Mr. Helton served as a Minister at Wyth Mountain No 1 and Pine Island Baptist Church. He loved his Grandchildren his chickens and his coon dogs and above all he loved his Bible and living for Jesus. Bill is survived by his wife Nell Helton, Daughter: Kelley Helton, Brothers: Bob Helton (Carol) and Marvin Helton, Grandchildren: Shannon Helton and Misty Bannister (Randy) Great Grand Children: Austin Helton, Kaitlyn Bannister and Brayde Bannister. Special Family, Kathleen Miller, Roger Horton, Noonis (Leon) Grayson, Robert Anderton, Heather Stubblefield, Helen Stubblefield, Pam Higginbotham and Donald Taylor. And friends from Alacare Hospice, Cody Moon. Mr. Helton was preceded in death by his parents: William Henry Helton and Elizabeth Dunn Helton and Daughter: Kathy Helton. Pallbearers will be: Randy Bannister, Ondell Bannister, Dewayne Rose, Terry Miller, Jonathan Smith and Jason Smart. Honorary Pallbearers will be : Donald Taylor, Beck Ozley, Leon Grayson, Roger Horton, John Lenard Anderton, James (Poss) Bates, Robert Anderton, Stephen Helton, Harlan Higginbotham, B-Shift Medics. Station One Stephen Helton Visitation will be held Tuesday evening, August 2, 2016 at Guntersville Memorial Chapel from 6:00p.m. until 8:00p.m. Service will be 2:00p.m. Wednesday, August 3, 2016 at Guntersville Memorial Chapel with Bro: Joe David Moore officiating. Burial to follow at Old Prospect Cemetery. In Lieu of Flowers the family request donation be made to the family for Mr. Heltons Funeral expenses.
