Mrs. Terri Madak ~ Age 57 ~ of Guntersville, AL. entered into rest on Wednesday, July 6, 2011. Family will accept friends for visitation Saturday, July 9, 2011 from 6:00 till 8:00 p.m. at Guntersville Memorial Chapel. The memorial service will be held Sunday, July 10, 2011 at 4:00 p.m. with Rev. Paul Madak and Rev. Ken Baskins officiating.

Survivors include Husband; John Madak. Mother; Jean Wilson. Sons; Ross (Staci) Madak, Paul (Jennifer) Madak and Jeffery (Erin) Madak. Daughter; Heather (Corey) Cheek. Grandchildren; Brayden Madak, Joel Madak, Samantha Madak, Blake Madak, Brianna Madak, Jake Madak and Kate Madak.
