Mr. Joey Duncan ~ Age 63 ~ Entered into rest with his Wife by his side. He was born in Jasper, Al. and grew up in Birmingham, Al. He graduated from West End High School and then went on to graduate from Jefferson State Community College where he majored in Design and Marketing. He was Vice President of Marketing and Design at Paragon Decor Inc. until his retirement. He was part owner of Propac Picture Company and Specialty Mat Booards. He and his Wife Anita also owned Cha-La-Kee Ranch.

Mr. Duncan loved to cook and was especially known for his barbeque. He and his sons opened the Rock House Eatery restaurant where they spent many hours together developing new recipes. Mr. Duncan was a founding member of "Twenty Men Who Care" and participated in fundraisers for Marshall County Hospice and many other local charities.

He is survived by his Wife Anita. Sons Joey and Brandon Duncan. Mother Betty Duncan. Service will be held Tuesday, May 24, 2011 at 1:00 pm with visitation from 11:00 till 12:30 pm at the Episcopal Church of the Epiphany in Guntersville.
