Emanuel Reid Hopper ~ Age 94 ~ of Cullman, formerly of Guntersville, entered into rest Thursday, July 21, 2011 at Cullman Regional Medical Center. Reid was born June 2, 1917 to O.L. and Nodie Hopper of Centre, Al.

Visitation will be held Saturday, July 23, 2011 from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. at Guntersville Memorial Chapel. Funeral service will begin at 11:00 a.m. A graveside service will be held at 3:00 p.m. at Maple Hill Cemetery in Huntsville. Bro. Franklin Stewart will officiate. Pallbearers are: George Simms, Bobby Hopper, Mike Lewis, Bob Davis, Ed Motlow, Bob Motlow.

Survivors include Son; John (Mona) Hopper. Grandsons; Andrew (Rochelle) Hopper and Matthew L. Hopper. Great Grandsons; Grant Reid Hopper and Brandon Lee Hopper. Lifelong friend; John Livingston. Caring friend; Schenaye Mauldin.
