Interment will be at Vaughn Cemetery.

Survivors are Husband; Dean Hellums. Mother; Trudy (Junior) Rainwater. Father; C.W. Yates. Son; Dagon Hellums. Daughter; Emily Hellums. Brother; Randy (Deloris) Yates.
